Easy ordering process. Prompt and courteous customer service is greatly appreciated. Helps to address queries immediately. However the “view your order” page provides misleading messages. “You’ll get shipping and delivery updates by email and text.” And “ Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.” gives the wrong impression that I would be able to track the status of product prep or delivery tracking. So I waited the whole time to find no updates to later find out from customer service that I will only be notified when the flower is delivered. It is all fine but expectations should be better managed of no tracking services are available
