The offer of same day service through the ease of ordering from the website & product pricing makes your company a winner!! However, I wanted to order two bouquets to be delivered to one location, and that wasn’t catered for too well in the website ordering process. Had to follow up with phone service to fix up the order. Further, a nicer gift card would perfect the entire experience! Hotline services were courteous & professional!
