I received a call notifying me of a problem with my order so that I could rectify it. I also received several emails and texts keeping me updated and informed. I’ll be using FlowerChimp again!
end up the bouquet came in just 2/3 of the expected size.

Communication was excellent and Flower Chimp had striven to deliver a quality service by taking the time and care to understand the occasion, proactively made recommendations in the event of a product being unavailable and ensured that delivery was made on time - and all the while being an overseas customer. I am very impressed with the service.
Excellent flower quality. To chat with CS, I think it would be much better if we can use whatsapp too.
