I had trouble with the website when I was going through the checkout process. There were fields not display on it and ade checking out difficult.

The flowers matched the description in the website and they are of excellent quality. The packaging has been done really well. So FULL MARKS on quality and packaging. However the timeliness of delivery leaves a bit of a blemish, unfortunately. The time slot for delivery was set as 9am to 1pm HKT. BY 12:50 I had to call the customer service hotline who promptly followed-up and advised me of the revised ETA. I received the flowers by around 1:40pm. I think if I hadn't called the hotline then I would've remained in dark about the ETA. Anyway if there had been no delays in delivery, then I would've given a perfect 10 for sure
