Most satisfied is reliability of delivery. It would be nice to have more variety of birthday packages e.g., for middle or senior-aged mums or dads. The current packages on offer are not suitable. They seem to be more suitable for girlfriends. Thanks.

Delivery on time and successfully. However the product that I selected ran out of stock and had to be substituted. Also not too many gifts to select from besides the flowers, e.g. candies, chocolate, wine, can use a wider selection for sure.

I live overseas and ordered the orchid for a friend in HK. I wrote in the directions that since I didn't live there, it would be easier if they contacted her in case there were any question with delivery. The company contacted the recipient and since she asked to deliver to another address, Flower Chimp did so at no extra cost. My friend also called Flower Chimp to ask about how to take care of the orchid and they patiently explained to her with great detail how to do so.The orchid arrived on time and in perfect condition. The company went above and beyond. I would definitely use their services again if needed.
