I loved the customer service! Unfortunately I purchased the flowers out of panic (I was late for the grand opening) and Rick really went above and beyond my expectations. He took care of all my needs and changes (deepest apologies from my side). The flowers looked the same as the photo and I really couldn’t have asked for any more from you guys! Thank you kindly from the bottom of our hearts for helping us make our friend feel so special from the other side of the world. We’re extremely grateful and would definitely recommend and would use your services again!!
