The ordering process is smooth. The customer service (I called) is very nice. HOWEVER, the product is not exactly the same as the photo. The color of the bear my wife received is dark chocolate rather than light brown! And the size is way larger than expected (not in the same proportion as advertised)Color makes a big difference. If I had known the bear is dark brown in color, I would have ordered something else indeed. That's not a color she likes! :((
