I found the card a bit confusing: Name is separate, and I wasn't sure if it would be printed after my message or not, so I had to contact customer service. The person I dealt with was great, but the website could be clearer, and then I wouldn't have to contact you.

Wrong name used when writing to me/confirming delivery etc. this was the name of the person being sent the flowers
