In general all are good and I will continue to buy from you, just a small comment: I think the actual flower count received were about 15-20% less in quantity than shown on your web photo.

The service hotline end at 6pm but your staff emailed me at 5:52pm and request to confirm at 6pm. I called at 6 but missing the order number. When I called again at 6:01pm, I cannot contact the customer service by phone or email already. It is a bit rush, if next time, it is better to contact the client earlier or have a direct line for the customer to contact back. Thank you.
