Need to improve the monitoring of the florist quality as to make sure they really provide what the photo shows

Easy ordering, on time delivery, nice flowers

I could order the day before and get it it delivered the next day! I am in Australia and I delivered it to my friend in Hong Kong and it was the smoothest experience ever

Arrange delivery at 9am-1pm, but no news until 2:30pm. Called hotline and told me it is still on the way without apologise.

Finally flower arrive at 3pm, but the wrapping paper is really bad...

The only lucky thing is, flower is nice.

I would love to submit a photo here, but seems no this function.

Flowers are same as pic, smells nice. No one called, and left the flowers at home doorstep (not flower chimp's fault)
