Website is not very user friendly - not very clear about “recipient” contact details and “sender” contact details. The form asks for recipient’s phone number immediately after sender’s billing address, which is illogical. All information pertaining to recipient should be together in one section. All information pertaining to sender should be in another section. Not mixed together. There is nowhere to review your message and sender name details BEFORE you pay.No PayPal option either. No SMS about delivery. Email yes OK but SMS would be good. Even better is receiving a photo of ACTUAL product sent.
