I'm most satisfied with how speedy the delivery was and how beautiful the flower arrangements are. Plus I love great number of bouquet options available - I'll definitely come back to FlowerChimp in the future if I need to get flowers for different people/occasions.The delivery fee was a bit higher than I thought it would be (especially as I wasn't ordering for same/next-day delivery), but it's fine, you're literally a business, I'm perfectly happy to pay for it knowing the process will be done well.

Ordering and delivery was smooth

Ordering and delivery were great. But, I sent flowers to my wife and addressed it from A secret admirer to make it fun. There was no such note attached and instead it included my phone number. Mystery ruined.
