They did their checks beforehand (right after my placement of order, in advance of the delivery) and noted I had left out some information. They contacted me to confirm straightaway. Normally companies will make the delivery and say that you didn't put the correct details, but flower chimp had done their checks way beforehand. Delivery was also seamless!
