Not much to improve upon, really. Website is easy to use and the price/quality keeps me buying from you. A point reward system would be nice since I plan on often purchasing from you.

As above. However, the flower arrangement was a bit disappointing when compared to the pictorial. The wrapping was too overly extended over the flower bouquet thus making the flower bouquet looked much smaller than it was supposed to be. A matter of proportioning that your flower arrangers ought to be aware of and careful about.
