Flower fresh and good but delivery bad

I liked the bouquet very much, (the order was not cheap) but the quality of the flowers and how they were arranged were beautiful and again fragrant - Thank you. However If I book an a.m. time slot I do not expect the flowers to turn up mid/late p.m. PLEASE ensure the flowers etc are delivered in a timely manner per the time slot.

Quality of the flowers was great and just like the picture on the website.

The flowers are very fresh, the packaging and the flowers are the same as the pictures, they are very beautiful bouquet, I love them very much
