Truly made the process convenient as a customer residing in Los Angeles. In my note to the recipient, I made a typo and emailed customer service to correct the typo. My email was quickly responded to and immediately made the changes. Customer service is just as great as the ones in the states.

I was choosing between yours and two other florists : Gifts Plenty and Lee Wing Kee. All three are unknown to me. I guess it was down to gut feeling that I placed the order with you. Payment method is always my concern when dealing with unknown overseas providers.. I prefer to use bank transfer or third party transfer like PayPal .
