The flowers are lovely and the customer service very good resolving a delivery issue (with the fault being our own, not due to FlowerChimp)

Beautiful fresh flowers and reliable delivery. Minor suggestion to use less tape on the flowers and perhaps an alternative method of wrapping as water from the bouquet formed a little puddle.

The website is very easy to use, and of course the great service!

Everything arrived in the correct place at the correct time! I was also contacted in advance when I had missed some information from my order. Great value for money!!
