    Quality of products

    The bouquets were packed too tightly and the flowers were squashed. The greeting cards were too ordinary and unattractive.

    One of the card is printed incorrectly, where both cards content are the same. For the delivery arrangement, better to know customer know the estimated delivery time a day before.
